  • Develop an in-home brochure describing the features and benefits of your home for the agents to give their clients during showings.
  • Design and post flyers with pertinent information about your home and place in your front yard so potential buyers who are in your neighborhood may find out the particulars about your home without waiting for an agent to call them.
  • Advertise your home to agents in our company as well as other realtors selling in your area.
  • Promote your home on the Top Realty Internet Sites as well as my personal website. Multiple photographs will be displayed allowing the buyer to view your home's special features while in their home or office.

Buyer/Seller Listing Agreement

If you are selling your home and buying a new home, we offer a discounted rate on listing your home provided you purchase your next home through us and we receive the buyer-side commission on the purchase. This offer is valid for our Premium and Basic Listing Agreements and entitles you to a 1.0% discount on our listing fees.

Variable Rate Listing Agreement

If we list your home and are the procuring cause of the sale, we will discount our listing fee by 1.5 percent of the combined total of the Listing and Buyer-Side Commission Fee.
